Stuck isn’t a flaw … it’s a signal.

Stuck isn’t a flaw … it’s a signal.

The number one reason people seek out a coach?

They feel stuck.

Flat. Unmotivated. Treading water instead of making waves.

Here’s the reframe:

Stuck doesn’t mean broken.

It means your current way of thinking, planning, or acting isn’t getting traction.

That’s not a verdict on your idea, plan or way forward, it’s a signal. A signal to pause. To listen. To ask better questions.

Perhaps start with:

“What do you really want right now (if you’re honest)?”

“Where do you find yourself waiting, when you could be experimenting instead?”

“What’s one small action you would take right now if you knew you didn’t need to get it perfect?”

Momentum doesn’t return immediately.

It returns one imperfect step at a time.

You don’t have to feel ready.

You just have to move.

Take that small step!

Remember, the path to extraordinary is walked with a thousand small steps, you’re doing great!
