What If Nothing Is Wrong?
26 September 2025

When something feels off (our energy, our performance, our relationships), we instinctively try to fix it.
We analyse. We push. We optimise.
Because we assume: “Something must be wrong!”
But what if that assumption is the real problem?
What if nothing is wrong?
What if what you’re experiencing is just your nervous system adjusting?
Or your emotions doing their job?
Or your body asking for a pause?
Sometimes the fog we see isn’t a flaw, it’s an invitation to stop thinking and start feeling.
In my own coaching, this question has cracked open more insight than any tool or technique:
“What would this look like if nothing needed fixing?”
It’s so powerful because when you stop trying to correct the moment … you can finally start to connect with it.
When you find that place:
Presence returns and insight emerges.
Then, the next step often reveals itself … quietly and effortlessly.
You’re not broken.
You’re becoming.
Remember, the path to extraordinary is walked with a thousand small steps, and you’re doing great!
